Search AOCL Monitor Light on DLS.

I have a route and it is full of AOCL's and ABCL's. The idea is that the Adrian19 white light flashes on SPL, i have even setted the channel right and setted the signal to Auto but still won't works! The road lights only work along with barriers. Help please! Using Trainz 12.

How do you make ATLS barriers remain shut at all times? And make them open on some rare time, then close.
