Class 374
I don't know whether you are aware of the fact that someone on the German Trainz forums has uploaded a German Velaro for Trainz 2019 to the DLS. I guess there aren't many use cases for 374s because they are mainland-European rolling stock infiltrating UK borders  , but there might be some Euros...

Re: Aylesbury to London Marylebone
Looking good! Just out of interest: do you know about/have any experience with thisischeese's AEL track? I know it isn't procedural, but it still looks like especially the 3rd and 4th rail assets have a lot of Detail in them and the colours look much better than on the protrack. Maybe some trackside...

Re: Central Scotland - Edinburgh - Glasgow - Dunblane
Well, I'm not a driver, but I find it pretty surprising that DVTs/pilot vehicles play a very substantial role on railways in mainland Europe after reading your post.. Actually, non push-pull loco-hauled passenger trains are a pretty rare sight there. I can't imagine that the problems you listed can ...

Re: DB Class 422 & 423
Exactly.
They serve German "S-Bahn"-systems, which are suburban systems that sometimes operate completely separately from the mainline like merseyrail or at least have their own tracks.

Oh, the "433" is only the middle wagons for the 423.
If you are looking for similar models, look for br 424, 425, 426 and 440 on the dls. they're similar classes, only they havemore details in trainz.

Re: DB Class 422 & 423
You know of a BR 422 for Trainz???
As for the Baureihe 423, it is used for suburban rapid transit operations and is used for the same purposes as class 700s, class 508s or345s.

Re: Midshire TANEline
So true! But it must be possible to add some sort of script to the rolling stock to stop wheelslip from happening. Especially modern trams and EMUs can be VERY annoying in trainz.

Re: new pacer replacments
I really feel sorry for the Northern area. They've had the short end of the rolling stock stick pretty much since privatisation; if anyone deserves new stock, it's them. Am I right in thinking this is the first time since privatisation Northern'll have actually new trains that aren't hand-me-downs ...

Re: Crowdfunding Commissioned Stock
I only know the loco (BR232_lok) was 200 quid. (in euros  ) If anyone would like to download it, it somehow doesn't show up on the content manager. BUT you can download the loco as an FTP-download via the dls-website and then download the dependencies via content manager. Or you create a consis...

We Germans gather donations to make existing payware stuff free, including these nice carriages originally from TrainzPremiumRoutes https://www.trainzdepot.net/download/in ... -ten-v0-2/ or the BR232_lok on the DLS.

Re: Future Rolling Stock Creation
Here's my opinion:
The Electrostar is the most-produced British EMU, so it is my favourite option.
Desiro: 2nd place
Networker: 3rd place
LU-stock: 4th place
I must say, it's a really tough choice. But whatever you make, I'm sure I'll love it, as always with your work.
