help please

According to a recent announcement, GBRf, Beacon Rail & Stadler have signed an agreement to produce 30 Class 99 Bi-mode locomotives which are scheduled for delivery beginning in 2025.

Well a very happy birthday to you & many more of them. The Puppet Captain Scarlet was a code name, his birth name was Paul Metcalf. Hope that clears up any misunderstanding.

Watching an old YouTube video earlier, I came across these MGR Type Hopper wagons with the Blue Circle Group Logo being hauled by a Blue liveried Class 33 Loco. I understand there was a batch of only 39 produced.
I wonder if any of our talented reskinners might like to have a go?
