You didn't have to delete them off your system you just shouldnt put the on the dls or redistribute them without permission or post screen shots of them.

If it is a new ts12 install lave it a few days and see if it finds your account or invest in a first class ticket, mine took a few days to actually work and still has wobbily moments or if that doesnt work get 2009 and install all sevise packs to sp4 or get 2010 and sit it out till then new trainz c...
