Don't know if its the same in blender as it's in gmax, you have to make sure you have it setup as realworld pivot point or it makes a mess of the mess once exported into game.

Hi leo112a1, slenderman7676 is correct it was on the SnC payware.
It was added as some preferred the SnC bogies to the ones sparky had created.
So there is no difference apart from the bogies in the updated build.
