Stop board

I have a Barmouth styled crossing, yes i finally got it to work. I need the stop board that say: "Ensure movement authority is extended, then operate barriers. I have made reskinned Marky's stop board and used a font and it looks bad. He had no stop board like this so i choosed a random stop board and removed all the text and typed my own. So basically it instructs the driver to operate the barriers. Also how do i get AOCL monitor light by Adrian19 to work? I have tried anything and checked that it had been set to ATLS but it still won't work. Help me anybody pls. And make me a stop board.
