Does anyone know how I might be able to switch on Anti-Aliasing for TS2010? I used to run TC3 on Windows XP Home but have just upgraded to Windows 7 64bit and TS2010. It still uses the same graphics card which is a Radeon X300/X550/X1050 series card and I used to be able to fiddle with these settings for Anti-Alias in the Catalyst Control Centre. However, since moving to Windows 7, I can't seem to get the same copy of CCC and I can't find anywhere to turn my anti-aliasing settings up. Playing the game without gives somewhat poor graphics in my opinion and would love to be able to have graphics the same as before.
Any help much appreciated!
Tom

Trainz 2010 has Antialias settings built in. On the launcher go on options, display settings then Antialias mode, and change the number there.

Another thing is to launch Trainz go to main menu, options, video settings, then change the Antisotropy slider, mine is set to 16.

Re: Anti-Aliasing and TS2010
Class172, I'm not 100% sure what it is but it has made my graphics somewhat sharper than before.
Thanks for that Mark, that second option did work, slightly differently to what I was trying to achieve before but it has improved the situation considerably.
Thanks again
Tom
EDIT: I have since also lost a route that I was working on, the last route that I worked on prior to going to TS2010. I now can't get TC3 to work on Windows 7 for some reason, and therefore can't open CMP. I have imported all my content from TC3 into TS2010 but it hasn't seemed to have been imported for some reason. Is there anywhere else that this file is likely to be hiding? I imported both the editing and the local folder, and have since found a kuid for this route but can't seem to track it down on my old hard drive.
Any ideas much appreciated!

This wouldn't just be you have the yellow favourites star ticked in the menu by any chance? Only get to see the new 2010 stuff if that's yellow, also need to remove the favourites tick from surveyor or you get the smae problems with assets not appearing.

No, it can't be as everything else has turned up apart from this one particular route...

Re: Anti-Aliasing and TS2010
If it didn't import for some reason, it just possibly may be in the trash folder, that's TS2010\UserData\trash.Delia wrote:No, it can't be as everything else has turned up apart from this one particular route...
