Petrol station ground textures

Hi everyone
Can anyone recommend a ground texture for petrol stations? I'm also struggling for a texture or trackside item that make the track look embedded in concrete if you know what I mean?

Do a dls search for 'concrete' in the 'non-environmental' texture catagory.
Petrol stations generally have a concrete slab as a base.

Also search Conc Slab, builtin to TANE. Several concrete slab splines of various widths between 10 and 100 Metres.

I have some road sized Concrete splines on the DLS that might do for embedding track in. CL Concrete Spline

Can anyone please suggest a security gate like employees have to pass to get in certain work places with an arm barrier, I can't find anything I really want for it at all.
