Isnt that payware? because if its payware, i would guess that you would need to ask eldavo for permission to reskin first?
I'm gonna' be a 'senior driver'-According to the Trainz 12 Achievements, thats 10,000 hours-over 1 year constantly using trainz, without faults...

It's not Payware but if you're going to advertise the fact that your going to reskin somebody else's work (When it states in that content's license agreement "No modifications") then you'll need to contact the original author and ask for permission .

A bit of courtesy goes along way ;)

I'm sure somebody will be along soon to try and rip that statement to shreds , make me out to be evil and tell me to feel the love etc !!

It's okay , don't let my statement put you off all you need to do is send an email to Eldavo and ask him if you can reskin his 67 for your own use . 99% of content providers don't bite .

It's just easier to ask , instead of winding a content provider up by parading pictures on the forums of his work that's been reskinned without permission .

What livery was you after ?
I have permission from Eldavo to reskin and upload his 67 (as do a couple of other reskinners) . Wrexham and Shrops is a no no as the shell needs remapping (something I started ages ago but never finished).

WSMR was going to be one of them but I'll leave that to you.
What I wanted to do was reskin it into a fictional livery for a new open access operator that I've just invented
