Have you checked these using: http://www.trainzkuidindex.com/eng/Users/login - it tracks kuids that are both on the DLS and externally hosted - there may be some login issues if you've not got an account already. If they're still not allowing new sign-ups I'll try and let you know the whereabouts of the deps.

For example: the first of your list is available on the DLS for TS12 and is built-in with T:ANE.

If you're using Content Manager: right-click the asset - click 'view missing dependencies' as you've done - but then go to 'view in main list'. From there you can download any which are on the DLS. For the others, you'll have to use the website above and hunt them down.
Good luck,
Rowan

Which is actually <kuid2:44090:55023:1> Gresley A1/A3/A4 cab LNER green and on the DLS.
Presume this is TS12 which seems to have problems finding updated dependencies!
