Would anyone happen to know the typical make up of a mail train which utilised Mk1 NBAs or TPOs?

They are roughly the same just tops renamed a few.

GUV = NP,NOV,NX,NO
POS = NS, post office sorting van
POT = NT, post office stowage van
BG = ND,NE,NH,NE,NF
NCX = NL,news paper van
PMV = southern passenger luggage van
