Hello
I'm trying to get a map put on a baseboard, I've looked on the forum and other sites but can't seem to be able to do it, would someone be able to for lack of a better word "dumb it" down for me please
I'm using Coral Paint Shop Pro 2018

Re: Putting maps on a baseboard
Are you looking at using a model railway track plan or digital map image?

Re: Putting maps on a baseboard
If you want terrain to go with the map imagery, I would suggest transdem.
The program costs around £20 and can be used to put DEM files into trainz. DEM is a digital elevation model that bassically is a digital model of real world terrain.
This program makes building realistic prototypical routes easy. It does take some level of learning. I would advise completing the tutorials first if you wish to use it.
Google maps imagery can be added to terrain in the program which makes it easier to place objects and tracks etc.
Hope this helps
