Correct ATLS setup

Post by Mightyena »

Hi guys, I'm just wondering how I'd set up this level crossing junction to operate correctly given the junction near it:

This is the current setup. The LC is the red box, the blue boxes are station platforms. The issue comes from the bi-directional branch.
The trains that run will either travel:
  • From A to C, taking the crossover
  • From B to C
  • From C to B
  • From C to A
The current triggers are shown in green. At the moment everything works fine except a C -> A train. Such a train will trigger the gates to close, then release after passing the junction as it should, but will then trigger the gates to close again on approach to A. Is there a way to have the trigger at A only trigger in a single direction? Looking at the instructions am I right in thinking I may need to use the 4-trigger setting? If so, how would I place them. Presumably I'd need to add another trigger on the outbound lines at B and C, and release triggers on the "wrong line" side of the LC?

Thanks for any help
