Custom Region

Hi all,

I've been trying to set up a modern UK Region. It seems to me that with every 'traffic' scenery vehicle I wish to add, I also have to modify that item to add all or some of the following lines:

nightmode "constant"
trackside 0.01
height-range -10,50

Without them, the vehicles don't appear on the map. Is that right?
