Ravenscraig Ore Trains

I was wondering if someone could help with someting? I am interested in the Hunterston to Ravenscraig iron ore trains and was wondering if someone could tell me how the 100 tonne ore hoppers where arranged in formation?

Not sure on how many would be in a rake but the train would consist of an outer wagon at each end (this had buffers at one end and the buckeye coupling at the other) and then all other wagons would have buckeye couplers only . One end would have a coupling that rotated (this end is marked with an orange stripe down the side of the wagon) and this would be connected to the non stripe end of another wagon and so on down the train until the last wagon with the outer buffers .They are referred to as inner and outer wagons , the outers being the ones with the buffers at one end .

Thanks Nexus and Warbo for the help ,from photographs and films of the train there were up to 5 of the inner wagons.

Some Motherwell Class 37's uploaded to the DLS and available on my storegate account that worked these Ravenscraig - Hunterston ore trains from 1985 -1990.
