Non trainz section for random stuff.
Alot of forums devoted to a subject like the trainz ones have one of these: its used for talking to other members about non releated trainz subjects, exsample: Thread name: Video games Subject: talking about video games.
Thanks for looking, Willow.

Not a bad idea...
It would be interesting to know a little about what folk of trainz do in the few minutes a week away from trinz

Agree with you in theory but then again this is a TRAINZ forum website and it might get a bit cluttered with other subjects. So it might be best not to.

I know what you mean warbo, but if some mild guidelines were put in im sure the trainzers could be pretty discreet.
Thanks for looking, Willow.

Best thing to do is ask Mark , It is his forum and he's big chief when it comes to making the decisions ?

Re: Non trainz section for random stuff.
I did think that at times UKTrainz was missing either an Off Topic/General Discussion forum. It seemed almost a bit too Trainz focused with little discussion of anything else - I know it's a Trainz forum, but the whole place doesn't necessarily have to be exclusively about Trainz

Re: Non trainz section for random stuff.
I'd be in support of an off-topic section. Yes, it would require a little moderation to make sure that people wern't only posing in there and not about Trainz, but off topic sections work on a million and one other forums, and given that this one is comparatively small, I see no problems with it.
