Hi guys, seems I can't seem to go a week without having some aspect of Trainz fail on me these days...

This time it's the DLS. When trying to upload my revised Class 478s, I get the following errors:
Code:
- No thumbnail image found for the asset <kuid2:688183:100508:4>.
- No thumbnail image found for the asset <kuid2:688183:100509:4>.
- No thumbnail image found for the asset <kuid2:688183:100510:4>.

Okay, except those assets DO have thumbnails, as demonstrated here with <kuid2:688183:100508:4>:

Interestingly the PTSO interior, which uses the exact same thumbnail image and config.txt tag is accepted fine...
Am I missing something, or do I need to go and bother the helpdesk for a bit?
All items are build 3.5 by the way, and error/warning free in TS12 (49922) content manager ( where they also properly display their thumbnail! :x )

Thanks for any advice

Pure guess but maybe doesn't like the numbers in the name, try screenshot or thumbnail.jpg

Or it's not parsing all the config, sometimes things get missed depending on what entries or errors are in the config, try putting the thumbnails container up the top before the mesh table.

Or the DLS is having an off day try uploading it again.

Thanks, I'll try renaming them to 'Thumbnail.jpg' and moving the thumbnails container further up the config file and see if that helps.

EDIT: Nope, failed again. After some experimentation though it seems the DLS no longer accepts/works properly with CDPs containing more than one asset. Uploading the DMSO, MSO and PTSO separately in their own CDPs seems to work fine, but combining them into a single CDP for ease causes the error

That sounds more like a bug at their end, not going to go down well with the Content Repair Group if we have to upload one item at a time!

Very unusual fault at the Auran/N3V server end one would think.
However how about editing the file name and trying $screenshot$.jpg
This is the recognized default used in the config scripting and assetX tools.
