London Harrow Street - Banford Central (Fictional Route)
Hello chaps!
First time I'm sharing my content as I'm pretty proud of this one, Its a definite work in progress trying to sus the correct track side furniture and overhead wiring and signalling, but here is a few grabs from the fictional station Banford Central - at the north end of the Route, I've started work on the southern end London Harrow Street which is an altered version of the London to Euston route, I don't know when ill release this as personally I want to be happy with the finish! but for now enjoy some premature screen Grabs!

Here's a couple more! I had indented to make this a separate commuter route utilizing the class 170 but understanding they are no longer available for purchase I will soon hopefully be releasing my own Reskin for the class 158, 166 and 95 in my own working livery for "Cross Capital Connect"

Re: London Harrow Street - Banford Central (Fictional Route)
Looks very impressive. Catenary is very useful for any UK route. I'm always confused on why many routes that are UK based don't have passenger enabled platforms. Is it a way to save time or just that the consists are too long for the invisible stations that are available?
I have a route of my own that I'm working on and I hope both our routes turnout exactly what we hope for.
Keep up the good work and stay awesome!

Car112 it literally just saves time for now! ill add them in at a later stage when I eventually manage to fine tune all the detail! But thank you!:D I'm glad you approve!
Just going to drop in a few more shots of the Other End London Harrow Street!
These shots are of London Harrow, A fictional London Fitzwarren which is a "Southwest Trains" operated station and London Abbot Road which is aimed to be a South Eastern/NEXA Operated Terminus.
Enjoy!

Re: London Harrow Street - Banford Central (Fictional Route)
In my case, I use trackmarks+"Load Passengers" command instead of passenger enabled stations simply because of how the trains arrive at such stations. In Trainz, they will slow down to 9mph just outside the station, and then crawl in at that speed, which is highly unrealistic. Using trackmarks makes trains decelerate in a much more realistic manner, as well as allowing to set different stopping points on a platform based on train length etccar112 wrote:I'm always confused on why many routes that are UK based don't have passenger enabled platforms. Maybe you could use the JTG Xstation system on the DLS. It implements animated 3DZug real people and can be placed in curves. You can find tutorials on the JTG trainz channel. It's the Video "JTG Xstation schnellaufbau (how to)".

Re: London Harrow Street - Banford Central (Fictional Route)
Many thanks for the info, trainzrule. I'm a big fan of the 3DZug people but I wasn't aware of the Xstation system. I've just downloaded everything now so I'll find out how it works a little later.
Thanks again

OT: Those JTG guys also created a rule called "correct vehicle lights". It simply dims down all lights at night so it doesn't look like you have a supernova stuck to the front of your trains. It SHOULD be on the DLS by now.

Wait, what is in german?
I could try to translate the German handbook, when I have time. Right now I'm on aholiday, but I can do it when I'm back. Or you could simply ask others on the Trainzdepot, non-Germans are always welcome.

Re: London Harrow Street - Banford Central (Fictional Route)
JTG Xstation "Edit Properties" boxes are all in German, which in itself is not a problem. However, learning how to use them would be a problem because my German language knowledge ist scheisse.trainzrule wrote:Wait, what is in german?

There will be an update for the system soon and this will include a manual in English.
