I'm not sure if I'm being overly pedantic regarding fields. So far, everything you see in this image matches what is there in the real world but I'm just not sure how far out to take the detail. It's a bit of a concern given the draw distances capable in TANE.

Great shots. Have you got the KUID for the dual carriageway?

Thanks,
Paul

Thanks Paul.

The dual carriageway is KUID2:70337:37034:1 - 04 lanes divided by martinvk.

Some train-less images. I've been working away at the area between Winchburgh and Dalmeny over the last week. Progress is a lot slower than I'd have liked but here are a few images of largely completed areas.

Immediately east of Winchburgh junction.

Looking south along the B8020 towards Winchburgh.

From slightly north of Kirkliston, looking west across the M90 towards Winchburgh

Looking southwards towards Kirkliston adjacent to the B800

Looking Northeast in the direction of Royal Elizabeth Yard, the M90 running alongside.

Soutbound towards Dalmeny station.

Looking across the PW yard at Dalmeny towards the Agilent Technologies site.

Looking south across the A90 towards Royal Elizabeth Yard, with the curious Mainline Leisure site in the foreground.

I've created a video of the section between Winchburgh jcn and Dalmeny. Feel free to take a cab ride along the section.

Over recent weeks I've been working around Dalmeny and Kirkliston. Not visually very exciting but this shot shows an area which is ostensibly complete. By my reckoning, I should have this route finished in around 20 years. :D

Progress has been slow of late as I've had real things to do. Most recent addition is the knitting on the inter city platforms at Waverley.

Damn tedious work at times, playing with those wires. You have my total sympathy, Innis. I couldn't face it at the moment myself. It would crack me up  . It's all looking great though. Keep going my friend.

Cheers

Cheers Dave. Fortunately the period I'm trying to cover only has OHLE in the through platforms and a mile or so beyond the station before it heads off but having totally rewired Midshire, I'm all too aware of the absolute pain in the hole it is.

I've reached Haymarket with the OHLE now. As well as doing the knitting, I've also added a vague representation of the former distillery. With the exception of the station building itself, the rest is very much a cobble together job to get something which bears some resemblance to the actual station.

Haymarket station is now essentially complete apart from some trackside detail and the surrounding area.
