Hello everyone. It has been awhile since I've abandoned my Stamford to Gramsby project. After much thought, I have decided that a much better route would be awesome.
Therefore, I would like to announce that I will be working on the South London Line, a railway line used by the Elevated Electric service between London Victoria and London Bridge from December 1909 to June 1928.
For reference, I will be using the following links for research into this project:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SR_Class_SL
https://www.bloodandcustard.com/slac.html
For a book reference, I will need to purchase a copy of this book:
https://www.middletonpress.co.uk/books/ ... -line.html
Rolling stock:
LBSCR South London Stock, in the formation of DMBT-TF-DMBT
Type LB&SCR No.
DMBT 3201/03/04/06/07/09/10/12/13/15/16/18/19/21/22/24
TF 3202/05/08/11/14/17/20/23
I would need to find out if there were actual numbers on each of the carriages and see if a rolling stock numbering system can be used in Trainz. As you can tell, there were only 8 sets of three-car sets, just enough for the service at the time. For example, one set could have been arranged as 3201-3202-3203 respectively.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone can help me with this project. I've always felt that a collaboration always brings out the best in someone's project as well.
If there are any books, reference material, books, and any other recommendations for research in this project, please let me know.
I'm thinking about building this route either in Trainz 2019 or Trainz 2012. I would like to hear any advice on what trainz content I should use for this route as well.
Lastly, please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you very much, and stay awesome.
