Reskinning Software for Trainz 12 v3.7

Hi guys! Just wondered which is the easiest software for reskinning is? I'm attempting to make a "what if" Livery for Klamberts Class 357/8, (for private use only, it would be gentlemanly to publish it when its not my work0 :geek: :geek: any help would be lovely!;) cheers guys!

I'd suggest GIMP, it's what I use, it has a bit of a learning curve, but after that you can do pretty much any reskin you like.

I agree with Karl, GIMP as first choice - free & still supported. It will take a while to learn though.
