Well done a fantastic model... Another gap filled
Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
May I ask, which build number do these electrostars have? I have TS 2009 SP4 build 3.3 and am wondering why the DLS says I need to have a TS 2010 serial number, as I thought TS 2009 SP4 and TS 2010 were virtually the same?

Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
Even with TS2010 you cant have it technically because some of the assets listed have a 2012 serial number requirement so wont download without 2012 registered. So, effectively its a TS 2012 asset at the mo, unless there are some substitutes...which can be done if its allowed? Just alter the engine sound and coronas and its probably fine. They are SMASHING

Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
I've been away for a few days, so I wasn't able to answer all the queries. The electrostars were first exported into TS12 Build 61297, was hoping to make them in TS10 but I was receiving some problems. I'd thoroughly recommend that the latest hotfix patch has been installed before using these.
But as Beeching has suggested, simply replace the coronas and the engine sound. If you wish to use in an earlier trainz version. The passenger problem is something I'm aware of and going to have to solve and will hopefully sort in an update.
Also I'm hoping to make an interior for these as well but that's a few months away yet as I concentrate on a few other trainz projects.

Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
Thanks both, although as I did mention, the DLS says I need to have a TS 2010 serial number, and seeing I have only got TS 2009, neither the DLS nor CM allows me to get the (what looks like an) absolutely fantastic asset , so as much as I would like to be editing the coronas and enginesounds, I haven't even got to that stage yet. Is there any other way I could get the asset (i.e. pm me the cdp)? - I would be really grateful

Have you changed the dependencies in the kuid table as well?BEECHING wrote:Hm altering the config worked for the dmso but the ptso and mso I cant sort! Ive checked everything I can see and I have the assets and Ive altered the ts12 sound and they still wont appear! Any ideas?

Hello Klambert
I've being following this thread and I've got the same problem as Beeching. I'm pleased to say that the DMSOs show in railyard, but not PTSOs or MSOs.
I followed your advice to Beeching and re-checked the kuid tables for the PTSOs and MSOs and changed all the kuids, so I'm not sure what to do next.
I think the DMSOs look fantastic.
Any further advice gratefully accepted.
Cheers

The Electrostars have been intended to be used in TS12, despite it saying on the DLS TS10.Marfleet wrote:Hi Klambert

Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
Accepted, but dont like being defeated! Usually it doesnt take much to tweak a config file, could the im files be the issue? (not completely sure whats in im files)
Given that 2010 is obsoleted next month, so its upgrade time guess its almost academic. The only other thing I can see and I tried altering it and it didnt matter was the queues elements line..thats not in the dmso script.
Thanks for your help klambert, like you say its a 2012 asset. BTW 501s are exc too!

Double check you have changed all the references to the changed kuid's in the config, not just the kuid table.

Re: Class 375 and Class 377 project
One of the main reasons why I made the Electrostars in TS12 was due to IM issues I was having in TS10, the DMSO, PTSO and MSO would refuse to show!BEECHING wrote:Accepted, but dont like being defeated!
