Can you make it with flushable toilets and compatible with Trainz 2006?

Asking for a friend :-D

This is looking fab!
Would love to see an updated whole set of the 4-CIG trains at some point. I'd have a crack at it myself but I've never tried making my own assets before.
This train has been delayed due to a high number of polys.

The TSO is almost finished I now have a full VEP rake. Once done I need to start the long tedious process of creating the MBSO motor bogies (the unpowered and 3d rail pickup Bogies are all reskins of Tempest Trains B5s), sorting out final mesh details, scripting the set. It won't be a complex script, just a basic random numbering and blind change script whenever you change ends, similar to as used on my Class 489. Creating an enginespec and finally creating some other skins.

Briggsy, if you put a very thick book (or several thin ones if you haven't got a thick one) under one side of your monitor then the coaching stock tilts beautifully - and with no adverse effects either. :?

Cheers ;)

That will come when I release the APT SR variant of the 423, including sliding doors and 125mph running speed.

Don't forget the working toilets too! None of this slap-dash modelling :P

I've got my monitor on a water bed at the moment - to emulate the sway effect! It's more realistic than the sway-effect built into Trainz ;)

The dog jumped on the bed earlier though and nearly derailed my train :|

This thread is getting a bit like the Viz top tips page.

"Stick Rice Crispies on your tires, to make your driveway sound like it's a posh gravel one."
"It is easier to sharpen the end of a worm into a point using a pencil sharpener if you freeze it first."

Oh that's brought back some teenage memories

Plenty of those here : http://viz.co.uk/category/top-tips/

Bird Flu could be quickly and easily eradicated by adding a few drops of Lemsip or Daynurse to birdbaths .
Obviously , you would have to put Nightnurse in the birdbaths for Owls .

Now where's that Viz poster that mimics the Railway poster for Skegness

Apologies to Karl for hi-jacking his thread .

You guys are so childish!

As a responsible and professional forum moderator, you'd never see me hijacking threads with silly comments. Pull yourselves together ;)

So, about this class 423 - I take it the windows will be able to open and close and the unit will also have fully functioning heating throughout for passengers?

Don't worry I'm just as bad, I promise I will get the thread back on track, meanwhile:

In Regards to the 423, Yes Briggsy that is the plan, and you'll even be able to feel the draft from your monitor.

Some Trainz top tips.

"Experience realistic trainz driving physics in real life by taking the tires off your Nissan Micra and dumping a ton of bricks in the boot."

"Gently Persuade Content Creators to create your favourite train by bringing it up on every unrelated thread and then requesting it to tilt."

"Staff at N3V, create realistic jointed rail sounds by banging a pair of coconuts together."

(Apologies to Mods, feel free to create a breakaway Viz top top thread)
