Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Excellent work warbro, I must admit that mainline aircraft blue was one of my most favorite shadow privatization liveries. Is there any chance that 37216 in a rather faded mainline blue scheme could be added to the list as well please?

Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Well there were a total of 23 i think that carried the livery with the likes of 047 with centre headcodes but with the nose horns still in place installed when it was built as a split headcode variant.

Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Nice reskin, but if I might make a small correction. The headcode panel at that end retained the glass, rather than a metal plate (as in the case of the opposite end).Warbo40 wrote:Class 37372
Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Great work on the Mainline 37s, they will compliment 46035's phototexture reskin I uploaded nicely.
Unfortunately both of the headcodes are mapped onto the same part of the graphic texture.

Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
SHANKS has kindly emailed another version of 37023 which had an Eastfield 'Terrier' logo placed above the nameplates by enthusiasts on railtour to Scotland back in July 1999.
Also he's sent me a very weathered and patched up EWS class 37401 which i suspect is Royal Scotsman maroon
He's also given me permission to do some extra loco's that were adorned with the Mainline blue livery so will attempt to fill the gaps as much as possible over the next few weeks.

Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Looks like the format of Royal Scotsman livery, but from what I remember it was a good bit darker even when dirty and faded? Numbers slightly smaller also and yellow leccies?

I also thought it should've been a bit darker i'll have a go at trying to make it darker for Shanks.

Re: Mainline Blue Class 37's
Have been working on some further Mainline blue class 37's today and here they are.
37167
37198
37219
37242
37274
37293
37375 Unbranded
37379 "Ipswich WRD Quality Approved"
There are 2 versions of 37216 on the way just got to finish the nameplates out on one of them and take some screenshots. The only thing i'm not quite content with is the colour of the snowploughs. i would prefer the colour to match the yellow on the loco. Maybe i'll have to use someone else's plough asset instead of tmz06003's.
EDIT - Now substituted tmz's snowploughs with one of gridler's and the colour matches slightly better.
So updated
