Hello everyone

As most of you know train simulator 2013 upwards features the well known Rivera line from from exeter to paignton.

As far as I'm aware no one has produced this route for trainz. This has lead me to start creating the 3D buildings and other scenery items for a trainz version of the Rivera line. Also using tranzdem i will create the terrain

I hope this interests some of you .

I will post progress here as it happens

I believe Nexusjd started one years ago, but not sure what happened to it, it was never released anyway. My route is extended further East (the far western side of Ivybridge now), not sure where I will extend it to, maybe Newton Abbot.

Good luck with the project! I have traveled the line many times and visited every station between Exeter St Davids and Paignton. As well as walking the Dawlish section many times each year

Mark

Hopefully i will eventually finish the line one day. Your route now mark must be massive!

Living along the Devon mainline Ive often hopped off sevices along the mainline as well as walked the dawlish mainline. With the line being on my doorstep i have a large knowledge of it aswell as the flexibility to pop out for and hour to research and take photos for reference

In the space of a few days i have nearly completed paignton station building and foot bridge. In terms of building content for the route i have no issues. Just my lack of knowledge in tranzdem is the part that will restrict me an slow me down

Hopefully in the coming weeks i will make some progress
