British Trainz

This is something that puzzles me, it's from the list of registered user who are currently online. In that list there is Google[bot] and sometimes Bing[bot].

Please, my question is what exactly does that mean or indicate?

Search engine spiders, think you will find most sites allow the likes of Google and Bing. Without them I doubt people would be able to search the site with Google etc.

This is normal, and doesn't harm the forums. All theyre looking for is stuff to put up on their search page, as clam says.
