I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem. When I set up a class 222 consist the gangways and wires do not connect along the whole of the consist. I've downloaded the updated versions that Peter made and also have the original files for the extended and retracted gangways and wires.
I've tried to find answers to these problems on the forums and been unsuccessful. I've tried to change the config.txt so that the kuids are all the same. Sometimes the MCO and MSRMB coaches appear to have extended gangways and wires at one end of the coach but not the other. I never seem able to get the DMSO and DMFO's to extend their gangways.
Any suggestions and solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Try driving it in driver. I find that the wires and gangways are only retracted in surveyor.

Thanks, I'll try that and see what happens.

Right, I tried your suggestion and it partially worked. I used the Hull trains and First Hull trains.
In driver the Hull Trains gangways were still retracted but the First Hull trains had gangways extended, apart from the connection between the MSMRB and the DSMO.
It looks like I'll just have to accept that I can't fix this problem unless anyone else has suggestions to solve it.

I have the same problem, but I don't notice it much anyway.

Hi Marfleet,
The solution to your problem is posted here (Post #2 by nexusdj): http://forum.british-trainz.co.uk/viewt ... =Class+222
The cause of the problem is the same bug that affects the lights and wipers (from what I can gather), so following the guide in the link to correct it should also fix the gangway and wires. All you need to do is change a single line in the script file (Class222.gs) for each of the middle (non-cabbed) cars. I had the same problem with these units, and doing this fixed them for me (A big thanks to nexusdj by the way for discovering this solution).
I hope this helps
Tom

Thanks Tom
I've made those changes and I'm pleased to report that I've got extended gangways.
I suggest danny109 tries this solution as well.
Great
Thanks
Bill
