Br freight diesel locos

Hi new to trainz for PC , I tried to dload some diesel British rail loco's but can't seem to be successful. Either they got red in idle box on content manager or has missing dependancies, I registered with Kuids index but not sure how to add it to the file I've dloaded.

Trainz 2010 is no longer supported by N3V (Auran in old money) and as such they terminated free downloads for that version in September 2014 . Users of 2010 and below need to purchase a download ticket to be able to download additional content from the DLS .

TS12 is supported until September this year (2016) after which TS12 users will also require a download ticket to continue to download from the DLS .

TANE is supported through until May 2019 .

Download tickets are available to purchase through the Simulator central website : http://www.simulatorcentral.com/index.php/

A single download ticket will cover as many versions of Trainz that you have installed .

Yeah I paid for 1st class ticket for 3 months

Ticket isn't the problem then , What actual version of 2010 have you got installed (build number is shown at the bottom of the start up window) and what specifically are you trying to download ?

Are you trying to use the various class 37 reskins that are on the DLS ?
Some of them require the reskin base loco's that can be downloaded from Pikkabirds website :

You'll need to download and install the 3 base models via the link on the page in the "Reskinning" section
"All three base models are awaiting uploading to the DS. You can download them temporarily HERE"

Once the "Smoothnose37.zip" file is downloaded unzip it and extract the "Class 37 repaint Base models.cdp" file

To install to 2010 :
(Note its been a while since I used 2010 so I'm basing these commands on CMP in TS12 so the commands might be named slightly different !!"

Open content Manager (CMP) , Top left select "File" and from the drop down list select "Import Content..." , Navigate to where you placed the class 37 cdp file , select it and click "Open" .

That should install all 3 of the required class 37 base models .
