Could you tell us what the warnings are. Then we are more likely to be able to help.
To find out what the warnings are, simply right click in CMP and click 'show errors and warnings'.

3 warnings that i found,
Warning: Aliased meshes cannot currently be verified by Trainz.
Warning: Progressive meshes are no longer supported by Trainz. Though these meshes may work in Trainz, it is recommended that you switch to a LOD mesh.

This has been sorted now, all i had to do was delete the 87 mesh and install it again.

first you need to find out which asset it is aliased to, then open that for edit.
Once opened you need to use PevSofts Pm2Im program to update the mesh files. If my memory serves you then need to update the config with the new file extensions on the mesh's, but there are tutorials on the download page linked below, which will confirm this.
After having converted the mesh's, recommit the asset and check the other assets. they should now just show
'Warning: Aliased meshes cannot currently be verified by Trainz.'

I believe this is due to trainz now not officially supporting aliasing? do correct me if im wrong....
