TC3 : Problem with Class 31's and Class 47's

Hi All,

Bit of a strange one this, I am having a problem with all the above classes in my TC3 installation on my laptop.

The locos work fine in my old 2006 and 2010 installations on the big PC. My laptop can't handle 2010 even at it's lowest settings hence the use of TC3.

What's happening is that all the cab controls work fine except the train brake application using the 3 key or A key, it flatly refuses to apply the brakes. The emergency brake, loco brake and lap brake work fine; if you apply the train brake using the mouse cursor (on the handle it work's).

Have tried swapping the engine config for a TC3 specific one and still get the same response. All other locos that use the same engine configs as the 31/47's work without any issues. I have checked the said locos for any missing or faulty dependencies and there isn't any.

I'm totally baffled by this one and wondered if any body else may have come across this problem before and could offer a pointer in the right direction.
