Hello everyone, I'm Crìsdean, I joined the forums a few days ago, was going to buy Train Sim, but then I came across screen shots of Trainz 12 so I bought that instead but also the tool thingy for this game looks a bit easier to use than the one in Train Sim :D.

Welcome to the forums Crìsdean. 8-)

I no nothing of the Gaelic languages or their pronunciation, so may I ask how do you pronounce your name; I presume it is the equivalent of Christian? Perhaps Innis or Dom will know?

Oh eck, I suppose I'd better say hello as well then.

I'm Bill (still young enough to play Trainz, but old enough to know better (according to the wife)) :D .

In the process of re-installing Trainz 2012 after a bit of a break (New PC etc and never got around to it). So madly updating and downloading content at the moment.

I've been using Trainz since 2006, and still don't know how to work it all properly ;), although I have recently started 'reskinning' the odd object or two to suit my needs, Red Jarvis Ford Transit into a Blue Ford Transit (and then subsequently into a Securicor van), but only very basic stuff by comparison to what some of you are able to do :(

^So anyway, that's me.

Hello Everybody!

Name is Charlie, I've been following Trainz on an on/off basis since 2005. Currently using Trz2009 on my laptop and hoping to upgrade to a PC to be able to work on my fictional route "Riverdale" which I've worked on for over 4 years (again on and off) My laptop struggles to cope with more than a few buildings in an area.

Hope to get to know you all! :-)

Well, thought I should post and say hi.

Bit about me, Mackem in dales exile. 42. Not tried Trainz since 2006. Bought 2012 earlier this week after becoming disillusioned with RW/TS lack of UK content, and though I'd try Trainz again.

Found the site from google, was looking for "trainz uk sunderland content". :)

Where to start though has me baffled, planet auren forums are massive, googling - there's loads of sites for routes and content. Going to take a week off work to get my head around it all!!!

:)

Cheers.
