Making a return

Post by Delia »

Goodness, I've had a couple of years away from Trainz due to not having a suitable computer to run it on, now going through the motions of setting up a new Auran account as the previous one is locked into a no longer existant email address, and looking to get back into the game. Some amazing stuff being displayed in the Screenshots sections guys, looking forward to getting back into it all now!!

Hi Tom - welcome back to the madhouse ;)

If you email N3V/Auran they should be able to swop over email addresses so that you can re-use your old account .

Brilliant, thanks Dave. Have you got an email address at all? I've had a look on the Auran site but it just directs me to the Helpdesk which you need a password and username for so I'm going round in circles!!

Thanks

I get the same problem when clicking the contact button , It leads me to the helpdesk which is no good without a password .
Might be worth posting the problem on the Auran forum in hopes one of the mods see it and passes it on to the helpdesk ?

I take it you cant remember your old password ?

Tom,

You will need your old username and password to log in after which, IIRC, you can then change your email.

Can't remember the password, have you tried the password reset facility ?

If this and/or posting on the forums does not work I will contact them (via devious means known only to "Pioneers") and ask them to get in touch with you, let me know.

Thanks Dave and Chris, my younger brother remembered it last night from when he used to use the same account for the DLS, so I am off and running now, downloading stuff like a crazy man with an FCT!!! Expect some screenshots in the near future I think!!

Thanks for your help
