Path Rule Script error?

Hi there below is a couple of screenshots of a script error I get in TS 2012 Build 49922.

This is for a session I am working on and when the train that causes this error tries to leave the station the red bug icon appears with the above script error. Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this?

Do you use quick drive? Pathcontrol and quick drive don't work together.

I waqs using the quickdrive rule but run the session again this time without it and I get the same problem but on a different train

Still no joy on using both path rules we have
