So after my recent issues with Trainz opening, I've reinstalled, but now when I try to edit the route, I can't open the tabs on the side (e.g. Topology, Buildings, Trains etc.).
When I try, Trainz just stops responding, without fail.
I tried a QDB, but it didn't fix it.

I had this on one of my computers... It would appear to hang for about 5 minutes before it would open the tabs... not sure what I did that fixed it, one day this issue and the ridiculously long (20+ minutes) loading times just went away... How long are you giving it?
Failing which, try reinstalling. Not the best solution I know, but seems to be the only one that consistently solves problems
