Post by Bidston Wanderer »

Whats the verdict, is this a cheap SSD ordo I need a break from the computer?

Or is this a mess up on their part

is it worth me buying one on the off chance they have messed up and I might be able to buy a 240g ssd for 85 pounds???

Its a cockup, if you click the +2 for Dabs which is fairly obviously the supplier and show both it's a 60GB one for £85 the 240 is £150, same with the others, seen this before with Google unfortunately they have a nasty habit of treating different sizes as the same item with drives memory and processors.

Shame would have been nice. Yers see what you mean. Interesting that the picture shows both of them 660/240.

Clam are you a Ffesti or WHR volunteer?

Actually £150 is a lot cheaper than most 240GB SSD's, a case of maybe the prices are coming down to something us mere mortals can afford.

FR society member but not a volunteer, although I have thought about it.
