2-6-6T number 4, named San Juan and number 6, named Tenmile

Thanks to togog I have now converted and repackaged both his NG San Juan and number 6, named Tenmile Locomotives.
I have because of engine spec and other TS09 conversion problems had to use some different dependencies to get the Locos to work in both TRS2004/TRS2006.
However one of the benefits is I now have the Locos working in Cab mode and you can use the keyboard to run both the Locos.
Warning because the Locos and dependencies are now build 2.4 they wont work with any of the TS2009 files, they also take a while before they appear in either Railyard or Surveyor
