Royal Hudson Loco

Hi all thanks to Worksim I have now converted and repackaged the Royal Hudson to work in both TRS2004/TRS2006.
Please note owing to licensing and permissions I have had to use some of my own content for the dependencies.
All the content is now build 2.4 so don't go trying to mix up the files with any TS2009 content.
