British Rail Corporate Identity - for content creators

I found a site that may be useful for content creators and of general interest also.

It features a huge resource on the corporate identity of British Rail. I would be keen to reproduce the Rail Alphabet but I'm sure I would breaching all sorts of copyright given new Rail Alphabet costs £100 per licence to use!

The font for the Rail alphabet is already freely available http://www.rmweb.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20822

4th post down , 2 types available
7th post has the Gil Sans font for use on earlier totem signs etc.

If you read the rules surrounding the copyright law, you can use the lettering, as long as its not for any commerical purpose and you're not profiting of it in any way.
