Hi everyone, I'm a new member in my late 50's who was a train driver in both the London and Birmingham areas for nearly 30 years. Have been "retired" for a few years now due to ill health but have been drawn to Trainz - by a touch of nostalgia, I suppose. You fellers are so talented I feel embarrassed  to even post this introduction. I'm certainly not in YOUR creative league but I have got some problems with bloodnok's signals (theatre box indicator in particular) and was hoping I might find some help here. Basically, Trainz12 is showing most of this stuff as obsolete with faulty dependencies.

Some of the technical solutions you offer to each other (the few that I've read so far) leave my head spinning so please be gentle with me. In return I'd be happy to offer any advice I can on what (little) I know about railways if it would be of help to anyone.

Welcome to British Trainz, you'll find a lot of us are of the 'older generation', but the young-un's ain't so bad either ;)
In fact, it's probably the younger set who are the most prolific creators of
content (guided by the older ones with the knowledge) 8-) so feel free to ask about any problems you have with this
glorious tribute to the world that is railways, there will always be somone here to try and help sort them. :)

Thank you - all - for the warm welcome. You're most kind. I'm a new starter in nearly every sense of the word as far as Trainz goes. I'm still trying to find my way round the forum so that'll show you how good I am (not) at picking up these things. I look forward to interacting with everyone - very soon probably, because I can't sort out this signal theatre box trouble as I know nothing about computer languages/code. Still trying though. Thanks again, everyone.
