Sometimes when I try to download an asset on this website I get a message saying the attachment is no longer available. Surely this is a lie: if it wasn't available I believe the link to the file would disappear.
Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

About a year ago I had to delete all attachments over a couple of years old as the forum was running out of space.
I have just updated the database, so attachments not available anymore should no longer appear on threads.
