Ownership of a reskinned version of your own content?

Recently I updated the first models I ever made for Trainz, viz the Station Roof Large and Station Roof Small models - see here.

Years ago, someone called schmuddl reskinned both models - here and here. I've searched my emails but cant find any communicate with him, but I'm 99% certain he contacted me at the time for permission, and I agreed.

According to his Auran/N3V profile, he hasn't been online since 26 January 2011.


So my question is, can I create two new assets that update his two reskins using the 'obsolete' tag in the config file?

Afraid you can't obsolete an asset that doesn't have your user ID, and now the correct method again only for your own kuid, is to use the kuid2 system.
