Bogie issue

Post by dave55007 »

Hi,
Can anyone help me resolve this issue with the bogies of these two Motorail coaches please.

Image

I cannot find anything obviously wrong. I presume the height of the bogie attachment is mismatched with the body attachment but I cannot find how to adjust it.

The assets are Nexusdj's (sorry, mate) kuids 2:45317:103465:1 and 2:45317:104232:1 and I'm using TS2009 build 2.9

Regards

Dave

Which type of bogie are you trying to use and in which version of Trainz ?

You can move the attachments in the carriage using IMeditor. Bottom of this N3V page. https://contentcreation.trainzsimulator ... /software/

My versions show up just fine in TRS2019, Bogies are <kuid:45317:103899>

Hope that helps.

Bogies are B4 bogie (dirty) 116:035:2051:1 for the blue/grey and B4 bogie weathered 45317:104233:1 for the all-blue. Have I got the wrong bogies on them?

I'm on TS2009 build 2.9

Due to the difference in attachment point height between the S&C Mk1's and peter hicks B4 bogie I had to use a position tab in the mesh table of the bogies config to get the Sim to render the bogie at the correct height . Given your having problems with the correct bogies then I'm wondering if the position tab is compatible with Trainz 2009 ?

Ive put the Motorail GUVs into my TS12 and they are fine, so it does seem to be a TR2009 problem. Oh well, Motorail flatbeds it is at Kings Cross then.

Position Tag needs TS2010 SP2, lower than 3.3 doesn't work.

Have you tried Sudofed? That usually helps to cure annoying bogie issues ;)
