Top Speed (65 MPH)

I know that this is a MASSIVE bump, but since the author is still active, I hope that he can fix the download link, since it's completely gone.
I've been making tons of SEPTA content, and it sucks having this not accessible. It's a very nice model, and I also have some reskin ideas.
