SnC Class 40 Disks

Hi all,

I'm having trouble getting the SnC Class 40s with Disk fronts to work in TANE (SP4 Build 105766). The locomotives are the payware SnC DLC from the NV3 download store.

Initially had issues with a VE65 fault for various textures but that was solved by applying the update from the Trainz Settle and Carlisle website.

I had a missing dependency of kuid:101839:36, which is 'Diesel Headcode Disc Open' by Lielestosbrat, I managed to find a version of the kuid (kuid2:101839:36:1) on my Trainz 2009 but it's producing the VE65 error for missing texture files.

Does anyone know if there is a TANE compatible version of kuid:101839:36 or a work around using another kuid that may solve the issue?

The faulty class 40s are:

I have the same problem.

I have the payware SnC running in TANE with the same three class 40's failing. Listing the dependencies identifies the problem as an "unknown asset" with this KUID <kuid:101839:36>. I am still quite new to Trainz (TANE so far) and looking for 'missing' items is something I'm learning to do (I have a number of other locomotives/rolling stock with similar dependency problems). However searching for this on the web brings up just two meaningful pages, this one and another lengthy Auran thread in which the same request seems to go ignored. What is one to do?

Are there any solutions, as WelshMarches has already asked?

I seem to remember having to retrieve the original version from an older install of Trainz and converting the .texture files using the Pev Images2TGA program .
