Hi everyone. My name is "A" and I'm a new member. I am 26, and I live in the United Kingdom. I have had a very bad time this year with my mental health. I'm currently in a mental hospital. I identify as a male "Muppet" rather than as a man, because it helps me cope with all the past abuse I have suffered. I hope everyone will understand.

To help me recover, I got a gaming laptop. I thought of getting "Trainz Simulator 12" on Steam. But instead I have just purchased the HD version "Trainz: A New Era". I'm really looking forward to all the better HD textures and content. Unfortunately I have a problem.
Every time I press the button called "Start Trainz" I get an error message saying the following:

"Unable to authorise this product. Please ensure your internet connection is active, and no firewalls are blocking Trainz."

The manual states that Steam, the place of purchase, should always authorise the game without a problem. But that hasn't happened in my case. Now I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

I love the WCML. I live near by. I see the Royal Mail Class 325 go past, as well as the Avanti West Coast Pendolino. And the Voyager. And the Freightliner. If I can get together these consists in Trainz it would be great. Then I could make my own fictional WCML style railway - just like the screenshots of Midshire Mainline by Nexusdj that are on this forum.

hello you could possibly make a auran account and enter your username and password into trainz settings see if that works not to sure on the issue never seen it myself.
