Developed in TRS 2012, 61297, aka Build 3.5 however they have been extensively tested in TANE, although I have yet to test them in TRS19, although that will be done soon, before I release anymore batches.Mightyena wrote:Excellent, lookign forward to giving these a go!

Re: Class 423 4VEP
Hi Klambert, I don't know how much testing you'll want to do on TRS19, but I've just given the 4VEP units a quick test run on my copy of TRS19, since I saw them on the DLS this morning. They look like they're working fine, the only thing is the headlight on the refurbished NSE unit doesn't turn on but I remember you saying you were having difficulty with that, so I don't know whether or not you decided to just forget about it.klambert wrote:Developed in TRS 2012, 61297, aka Build 3.5 however they have been extensively tested in TANE, although I have yet to test them in TRS19, although that will be done soon, before I release anymore batches.Mightyena wrote:Excellent, lookign forward to giving these a go!

But everything else works just fine for me, passengers load at the stations, the train doesn't accelerate too slow/too fast, the train doesn't take off.
Although maybe that's a feature you wanted it to have
But yeah I hope that helps a little.

Re: Class 423 4VEP
These are excellent!
Just FYI though, TS12 has a bit of a tantrum over the MBSO due to the dependency <KUID2:1240604> - because there's a newer :6 version available, it tries to download that instead, and either refuses to download, or downloads and then becomes faulty because it's build 4.6. Since there's no "download this version" option, I had to go into T:ANE, download it there, and export it as a CDP to get it into TS12.
Other than that no problems here!

Re: Class 423 4VEP
Many thanks for these wonderful creations,
I don't know if you are aware the original NSE trains were branded Network South East for the
South East division and Network South Central for the Central division whilst still under British Rail
before full privatisation
Again many thanks
Mickey

Re: Class 423 4VEP
These are fantastic! Many thanks Klambert.
Can I ask, does anyone know how to attach internal views? Given the high quality detail inside the carriages, would love to be able to ride along inside each of them.
Thanks,
Paul

Yeah the headlight is something I'm still struggling to fix, I spent about 2 months trying to investigate that before admitting defeat.Giac425 wrote:Hi Klambert, I don't know how much testing you'll want to do on TRS19, but I've just given the 4VEP units a quick test run on my copy of TRS19, since I saw them on the DLS this morning. Hmm that's something to consider, it'd be possible to create some interior views for the MBSO and TSO, the textures would need a bit more work though.paulper wrote:These are fantastic! Many thanks Klambert.

Re: Class 423 4VEP
Currently mucking about with creating the SWT livery, this is how I first remember the units, sitting in Platform 4a and 4b of Reading Station, when I wasn't distracted by a screamy valenta HST or from my Dads signalbox at Farnham.
This will be released with the upcoming privatisation batch, along with the Connex liveries (I haven't started yet.)

Sorry to bother you all but how would I go about changing the headcodes on these units please?
Thanks in advance

Re: Class 423 4VEP
The blinds are directional and operated by the 'reverse train facing button', there maybe times when a train is placed and the front blinds display at the rear of the train, to fix this simply click the 'reverse train facing' button twice.ricky25 wrote:Sorry to bother you all but how would I go about changing the headcodes on these units please?

Due to my extremely limited programming skills, implementing this simple directional script is about the limit of my programming abilities, I would like to introduce fully interactive blinds providing someone would be willing to be of assistance.
Was thinking about using the superstub script however I don't think it has any automatic directional functionality.
