Sorry for bringing up a 1 and a half year old thread but I've managed to get the headlights working on the refurbed liveries. It seems to be the enginespec that was causing it to not work. As well as the attachment point being rotated when really for a.light attachment points it should be rotated so everything is zero.
I swapped the enginespec that was in the DTC for the spec that was in the MBSO and the headlight now works.
