SP2HF1 looks like it should be appearing soon which presumably is going to fix these issues.

Have to wait and see if the hotfix breaks anything else.....

I ported a route over from TS12 and set up a session without actually re-saving the route in TANE (SP2)
Ran the session and noted a train on a far part of the route had derailed on plain line , moved to the train and found that a boards worth of raised land had disappeared ,
This caused the track which was running between fixed track way gauges to sit at the 0 board level and cause a ridiculously steep gradient where the level of the land changed from 7 metres to 0 metres , Running under the "realistic" derailments setting meant the gradient change exceeded the criteria for derailing the train !

Ran TS12 to double check the same section just in case I'd missed it and the whole board was set at a ground level of 7 metres , So TANE had reset that board back to 0 metres .

In TS12 I've removed the way gauges on that board and replaced with plain straightened track set at the 7 metre height , I'll test it again (without saving in TANE) to see if it happens in the same location or anywhere else on the route ?
High visibility pixels must be worn when on or about the line !!

So things have been going quite well on SP2 until now. I was about to test a route and added the Railwaves 220 to discover many of the attachments have decided to 'float' as you can see in the picture below. Oddly, this doesn't affect the 221.

Any ideas my learned friends?

I also note that the hideous carriage sway hasn't gone either, even when track condition is set to 100%.

I seem to recall there was but I've just tried a search using a number of terms and haven't turned anything up which looks familiar. This issue has only happened since I installed SP2.

I'm sure this was a problem that surfaced in the early T:ANE days - not long after release sort of time, or pre SP1 at any rate.

Try deleting then re-installing them, a lot of strange problems seem to be fixable by doing this, or wait for the Hotfix.

Think that Nexusdj, not quite sure though, found a solution to this if you wait a few days or so i'm sure he or maybe someone else will point you in the right direction for the corrective action.

Thanks folks. I'm not sure I want to try reinstalling as I recall having to fix a rake of errors before though if it comes to that...

Animated issues are on the HF1 fix list. Have to wait for N3V to sort it out, although as Railwaves is third party and now very dated it may be a different problem. Ideally N3V need a bug report and a copy of the affected asset which is unlikely in the case of Railwaves stuff.

That's probably a caching issue, try increasing the paging file for the drive TANE is on, especially if less than 16GB of ram. Could also be a result of a slow HDD.
