To add to the bump, does anyone know where I might find some HST Mk3 coaches with window cut-outs and interiors? I'm sure I had some when I was a Trainz 2006 user 'back in the day' but all I can find on the DLS are reskins with textures for windows.

As far as I know, the only released HST Mk3s with interiors were some payware ones made by the now-departed Railwaves.

AFAIK there's no MK3s with interiors and windows asides from Bloodnok's MK3A's in GNER, BR blue and BR IC

To clear up any speculation I obtained permission from Bloodnok to reskin the mk3 coaches back in about 2010, I've just never acted on it until recently.

My latest reskins are the FGW Neon livery with updated interiors also.
Currently undergoing testing and will upload to my website and DLS in the next week or so.

Very interesting nsm! I'm interested in uploading some retextured blue and grey versions of these Mk3a's - would you be interested in the textures (and you could upload under your Kuid)?
