91119 & 91124
If you haven't already seen either of these, I'd do it sooner rather than later. End of the Line reports that both are coming up to their next major overhauls and neither has been authorised (rumours, a few weeks back, suggested that two of the stored machines might be reinstated and these two events may well be connected).

And now, LNER appear to have changed their minds about, at the very least, 91124...electra wrote:If you haven't already seen either of these, I'd do it sooner rather than later. 91119 has also gone to Neville Hill, on the "comeback trail"; should go nicely with the ICS liveried mk4 sets!electra wrote:And now, LNER appear to have changed their minds about, at the very least, 91124...

Re: 91119 & 91124
Wonder if some of the other 91's end up in Swallow to match ?
High visibility pixels must be worn when on or about the line !!

Re: 91119 & 91124
If what's been hinted at, on a certain well known website, is correct, the rest of the surviving LNER 91s will also be receiving the Intercity-like colour scheme. It's a shame, really; I'd have liked to see one put in the IET colour scheme, just for comparison purposes.Nexusdj wrote:Wonder if some of the other 91's end up in Swallow to match ?

Re: 91119 & 91124
That will be great if it happens , I know plenty will argue for GNER but I always thought the Swallow liveries looked superb on the 90's and 91's (Me biased ... never ) .
Be nice to get a line up at some stage with the 89 LSL 90 and a Swallow 91

Re: 91119 & 91124
Well, the 89 and one of LSL's 90s is certainly a possibility for a line up; given the ACLG have gone into a five yea partnership with LSL Wish hard enough and we could maybe see a full 86, 87, 89, 90 & 91 lineupNexusdj wrote:Be nice to get a line up at some stage with the 89 LSL 90 and a Swallow 91
